What is Commercial Real Estate?

Commercial real estate is property used mainly for business purposes. It includes places like offices, stores, warehouses, hotels, and factories. Companies or investors who own these properties make money by renting or leasing them to others.

Unlike residential real estate with homes and condos, commercial real estate is used for business activities. Dealing with commercial properties can be more complex and requires special knowledge and expertise.

If someone has enough money and knowledge, investing in commercial real estate can be profitable. But there are risks, like property values going down due to changes in demand, the economy, or new rules.
