How We Got Started
Jane works past midnight and sometimes on overnight days in addition to the regular office hours. Raphael experienced multiple layoffs during the course of his career. Even with the best of service, hard work, and care being shared, Jane and Raphael also experienced throughout their careers the daily rat race lacked the positive aspects of an ideal workday.
At the end of the day, we were both stressed, drained and dispassionate.
Something had to change… Day in and day out of this experience until retirement is unacceptable. Job security is definitely not secure and precious time and energy is wasted.
The entrepreneurship and real estate investing journey led to the founding of Eagle Summit Equity. We are passionate about being a guide and providing tools and resources so you can achieve Time and Financial Freedom through Passive Investing!
Meet Raphael—
Raphael Ramos is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Eagle Summit Equity, overseeing underwriting and building strategic partnerships. Raphael’s career experiences include insurance, financial services, education, government, law, tourism, and music. Raphael’s career focused on Health Benefits Quoting, Client Coordination, Financial Reporting, and Operations. Raphael graduated from Hawai’i Pacific University with a finance degree and received his MBA from Hawai’i Pacific University. He specializes in Underwriting, Account and Client Management, Key Collaborator with Internal and external teams, reporting, and negotiation.
Raphael is a Real Estate Investor with a portfolio of 242 units as a Co-General Partner, Limited Partner and Private Investor in Arizona, Florida, Missouri, Nevada, and Texas. He is affiliated with Vertical Street Ventures Multifamily Academy, GOB Network, New Wealth Advisors, KECO Exchange, and the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce of the South Bay Los Angeles area. Raphael is passionate about seeing you financially free at the top through passive investing!
